This Performer Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between you ("Performer", "you") and Risa Prime, Inc., a Delaware corporation doing business as TFH (“TFH,” “we,” or “us”).

By submitting an application to perform in a TFH competition, you agree to the following:

1. Eligibility

• You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age at the time of your application.
• You agree to provide a valid, government-issued photo ID upon request to verify your age and identity.

2. Participation Requirements

• You understand that participation is by invitation only following your application and audition review.
• You agree to perform live on the TFH platform during scheduled broadcast times.
• You will not engage in any conduct that violates TFH’s content standards, including but not limited to nudity, sexually explicit content, hate speech, or harassment.

3. Content Rights and Intellectual Property

• 3.1 Performance Recordings.

  You acknowledge that any performance you participate in while using the TFH platform may be recorded, streamed, or captured by TFH or its partners. You grant TFH and its affiliates a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, publicly perform, display, distribute, promote, and monetize such recordings (in whole or in part) in any media now known or later developed.

• 3.2 Assignment of Performance Rights.

  To the extent permissible under applicable law, you assign to TFH all right, title, and interest in and to the audiovisual content produced or captured by TFH featuring your performance, including all copyrights in the underlying video and audio recordings. You waive any moral rights or similar claims to the extent permitted by law.

• 3.3 TFH Platform Content and Branding.

  All software, graphics, designs, logos, branding elements, and original content provided by TFH remain the sole property of TFH. You may not reuse or repurpose any TFH-created materials (e.g., show graphics, overlays, intro/outro sequences) for unrelated projects or commercial use without written permission.

• 3.4 Personal Promotion.

  You may share clips of your own performance for self-promotional purposes on your personal social channels or website, provided such clips:

  • Are not monetized outside of TFH (e.g., sold as NFTs, included in paid subscriptions) without prior written consent;
  • Retain any TFH logos, watermarks, or branding, and
  • Do not misrepresent your affiliation or suggest endorsement by TFH.

• 3.5 Third-Party Material.

  You agree not to use music, choreography, or other copyrighted works in your performance unless you have the necessary rights or the material is in the public domain. TFH reserves the right to remove or block any content that may infringe third-party rights. For more information, see our DMCA Policy.
